The Ice Palace is the place to go if you want to go ice skating while visiting Edmonton. Ice Palace not only functions as a typical ice rink but has also held hockey and other athletic events in the past, including Edmonton Oilers workouts. For those who would rather watch than skate, it is still possible to enjoy the experience from one of the many viewing areas. There are snack bars on either end of the rink for hungry spectators with money burning holes in their pockets or there are concession stands at various points around the perimeter of the building for those who don’t mind eating hot dogs and pizza off paper plates. Ice Palace offers a perfect way for families to spend time together during this cold season!
