A major metropolis with a small-town feel is Utrecht. You will have the chance to see a variety of fascinating tourist sights, yet you won’t ever feel overwhelmed. If you appreciate culture, the city is a particularly good choice because it hosts the second-highest number of cultural events each year in the whole county.
