Booking

Korean Air offers an extensive range of ticketing options to suit your budget and preferences. You can choose between Economy, Business and First Class tickets. You may also purchase additional services such as additional baggage allowance, seat selection and meals. All fares are indicated in the search results so you can compare prices and make the best choice for you.

Once you’ve made your selection, you can choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal account. After payment has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your flight details and other important information.

Korean Air also offers a frequent flyer program called SkyPass, which allows customers to earn points for their flights which can be used towards future flights or other benefits. Signing up is easy and free – simply register online or at any Korean Air ticket office to get started.

Check-in

Korean Air offers several different check-in options for its customers. For domestic flights, passengers can check in at the airport counter or self-service kiosks. Online check-in is also available for select flights. To check-in online, you must have your 6-digit reservation number, ticket number, and passport information handy. You will be able to select your seat and print your boarding pass.

For international flights, passengers must check in at the airport counter or through the mobile app. For both domestic and international flights, a check-in must be done within 24 hours of departure.
In addition, Korean Air offers priority check-in services for members of their SkyPass loyalty program. This allows them to skip long lines at the airport and get their boarding passes quickly. All you need to do is present your SkyPass card or ID at the check-in counter.

Baggage

Korean Air has some strict rules when it comes to checked baggage. To ensure a smooth experience, make sure you understand their baggage policies before you fly.

For domestic flights, the allowance is one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23kg and total dimensions not exceeding 203cm (L+W+H). For international flights, each passenger may check in two pieces of luggage with a maximum combined weight of 32kg and total dimensions not exceeding 158cm (L+W+H). Additional bags or overweight/oversized luggage can be accepted for a fee.

In addition to checked baggage, passengers may bring one item of cabin baggage on board free of charge, with a maximum weight of 10kg and total dimensions not exceeding 115cm (L+W+H). Small items such as laptop bags and purses are also permitted in addition to the main piece of cabin baggage.

For passengers traveling with pets or special items such as sports equipment, you must contact Korean Air customer service before your flight.

Onboard services
