Here are three amazing concert venues that have all of these things and more.

The Bowery Ballroom

If you’re looking for an intimate concert experience, the Bowery Ballroom is the perfect spot. This historic venue has hosted everyone from The Strokes to Adele, and with a capacity of only 550, you’re guaranteed to feel up close and personal with your favorite artist. Located in the East Village, the Bowery Ballroom is also surrounded by great bars and restaurants, so you can make a night of it.

The Mercury Lounge

If you’re looking for an intimate concert experience, the Mercury Lounge is the place for you. This Lower East Side venue has a capacity of just 250 people, making it the perfect place to see up-and-coming bands in an intimate setting. The small stage ensures that there’s not a bad seat in the house, and the bartenders are always happy to chat and make recommendations. Plus, the Mercury Lounge is known for booking great talent – past performers include everyone from The Strokes to LCD Soundsystem.

This was one of my favorite concerts I’ve ever been to–just ask any of my friends who went with me!
